Model L-2B Emergency Light

CONSTRUCTION
The L-2 utilizes a corrosion and flame resistant injection molded thermoplastic housing and mounting bracket. Lightweight and durable, the EMLD is ideal for use in areas where materials such as steel and aluminum may deteriorate. The bracket connection allows installation to a standard surface mounted junction box.

EXTERNAL SPECIFICATIONS
The L-2 series is constructed from high quality corrosion and flame resistant thermoplastic. White finish is standard (black color optional). Emergency lighting heads are fixed with prismatic lenses for increased light distribution. Universal mounting bracket is easily snapped onto the housing. External test switch and monitor LED are standard.

INSTALLATION
The L-2 luminaire is suitable for surface wall or ceiling mounting. Suitable for indoor/damp installation. 120/277VAC. The L-2 emergency lighting fixture is configured for standard operation 120/277VAC dual voltage input with current limit protection. Current charge regulator is standard. Minimum 90 minutes emergency duration.

LAMPS
The L-2 is supplied with two (2) front mounted, fixed 5.4W

BATTERY & CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGY
The L-2 is supplied with a maintenance free, sealed lead calcium battery for emergency operation that provides a minimum emergency duration of 90 minutes. The recharge time of he battery is twenty-four (24) hours. The maximum working temperature is 50°C wedge base incandescent lamps. The polycarbonate prismatic lenses offer durability and high light distribution. The L-2 emergency lighting fixture comes standard rated for damp location installations. The L-2 is an ideal solution for exterior covered breezeways, warehouses, covered corridors and high humidity regions.

UNIVERSAL MOUNTING
The L-2 emergency lighting unit uses a universal mounting bracket that snaps into the housing. Easy field wiring and durability make the L-2 a favorite among contractors.
