4" 120-volt Firebox. Firebox is a revolutionary new downlight designed to maintain the fire rating in ceilings. Traditionally, when a downlight is installed in a fire-rated ceiling, that fire rating ceases to exist and jeopardizes the safety of the structure in the event of a fire. Firebox is the only UL recognized product that maintains the fire rating of the structure in which it is installed. In addition, you still maintain the breadth of selection of trims to achieve the finished look to best suit your design requirements. For use in new construction or accessible ceilings. UL and CUL listed for damp locations.
