Return Authorization All returns within 30 days from the purchase date can be for an exchange or refund (Except light bulbs). All products must be returned with its original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be paid for by the customer. If Lightworld has sent the wrong item, shipping charges will be refunded upon receipt and a replacement product shipped immediately. Lightworld will only refund amounts relative to standard shipping, ie. UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. We recommend using these carriers and also insuring or getting a proof of delivery from the carrier so you are able to track your package. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or that are damaged by the shipping company. If another carrier or express way of shipping is used, the refund will only be for an amount relative to UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.
All Returns after the 30 day period will be for an exchange only. And only at the discretion of Lightworld. Re-Stocking Fees will also be issued. We will exchange items for certain manufacturers only if their warranty(ies) are still good. All other items should be returned to the original manufacturer. We will provide you with information on how to make returns to the manfacturer.

-Return Form Filled out
-If no return form, then (name, address, phone number, & reason for return).
