Information Collection and Use

Orders

If you purchase a product from us, we will collect certain information on the Order Form.  We require contact information (such as name, shipping address and phone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If you have trouble processing an order, then we will use this information to contact you.

Newsletters

During the checkout process you are given the option to receive our monthly newsletter. We will use your mailing address and/or email address to send you our newsletter.  If you don't want to receive this newsletter, then we offer an unsubscribe option in each newsletter sent. Customer Service

You will receive an order confirmation email if you purchase a product from us.  You will receive a response from us (via email or telephone) if you submit a Credit Application to us.

Service-related Announcements

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.  For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Supplementation of Information

In order to open a credit account, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources.

Credit Check

To determine if you qualify for a credit account, we use your name and social security number to request a credit report.  Once we determine your credit-worthiness, we destroy this document.

Log Files
As is true of most web sites; we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.  We use a Third-party tracking service called OpenTracker.net that uses cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site.  This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the website, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base.  We keep this information for internal use and we do not share it with others.
